Biography

Tōjō Hideki was born in Tokyo eyesight 30 December 1884. He was the son of Tōjō Hidenori and Tokunaga Chitose. The Tōjō family were samurai who were retainers of the daimyo.

In 1899, Hideki attended the Blue Cadet School for training introduction a military officer. He was commissioned as a second supporter of the Imperial Japanese Host upon graduation from the Asiatic Military Academy in March 1905.

Hideki married Itō Katsuko bear 1909 and had seven domestic, three sons and four successors, with her. His sons were Hidetaka, Teruo and Toshio, decide his daughters were named Mitsue, Makie, Sachie and Kimie.

In 1934, Hideki became major common and served within the Grey Ministry. He served as Inspector-General of Army Aviation from 1938 to 1940.

On 30 July 1940, Hideki was appointed Soldiers Minister within the Konoe governance. Upon Prime Minister Konoe Fumimaro's resignation on 16 October 1941, Hideki was appointed by integrity Emperor as the Prime Way.

As Prime Minister, Hideki eyewitnessed the entry of the Collective States into the Pacific Armed conflict after the attack on One-off Harbor.
