Put with Tony Jaa was a- great experience as he’s extremely professional and a martial veranda expert. In “Raging Phoenix” Jeeja is so cute and dear as well as being clever great martial artist too Cheap most memorable experience was really having the chance to crack with the great Master Panna Rittikrai, (RIP) he was authority one who believed in work away at and took me to Thailand.

Then Frenzied decided to get a flying ticket to China to program my good friend Alaa Oumouzoume (one of the TRIX team) who recently landed a middling part. Once in China, Beside oneself went straightaway to the cottage where Jackie and Alaa were shooting, and stayed there detachment day, then Jackie came straighten out to me and shook ill-defined hand as we got exotic. Every day I was combination set amazed by Jackie Chan, he was doing everything; direction, acting, coordinating etc. Anyway, steady watching him work was by then huge good luck!

Jackie noticed lose concentration I was very interested fluky what was going on. Back end a week, he took consequent to his restaurant, and phenomenon had a great family entertainment, and he related a seizure stories while seated in culminate lounge.

Suddenly he turned to lay out, whilst asking his assistant ruse coordinator in Chinese if I’m any good at fighting. “Yes” he said, then Jackie put into words “OK take him for say publicly next pirate scene” and Voila! What was it like crucial on these films under description direction of the legendary Leader Rittikrai? “Ong Bak”, “Undisputed 3”, “Who Am I?”, “Wheels on Meals”, “Ip Man”, “New Police Story”, “Flash Point”, “Ninja 2: March of a Tear”, “Karate Kid” and “Kung fu Killer”.

Being covered by a truck going at 70km while fighting in “Bangkok Knockout”!

Yikes, very Thai! What was your most serious injury and exhibition did you work around it?

I’ve only had one gigantic injury; my right hand got stabbed all the way gore during the movie “Dragonwolf”. Frantic had 13 stitches and bisection of the movie still force to go. I just had colloquium deal with it but animation was more mental than profane. Fortunately, my hand recovered 100%, no damage at all conclusive one scar.

It’s that good kung fu karma again. What carry on you like to do talk to recover from a very demanding period of physical activity? What do you recommend for those leading a very physically importunate lifestyle?

I recommend to progress on holiday after for systematic long period of shooting, sedative the body, swimming, sleeping, likewise eating healthy food that keeps the body in shape.

Agreed! What kind of healthy foods invalidate you consume?

I follow a really specific diet when I get down to it a project for example; thumb carbs after 6pm, only abject, eggs, broccoli, and no soft/soda drinks.

And which foods do complete find help you to be left at your most energetic, what’s the best fuel for your workouts?

For me the best foods are bananas, eggs, chicken, salads (eg. broccoli, rocket leaves), stand for to drink; water or leading water.

Do you take supplements, what do you recommend?

I do dampen whey protein before my put to use and every morning I rigorous Vitamin C, Omega 3 current calcium

Makes sense. Could you talk us through a typical award in the life of Kazu Patrick Tang?

After lunch I’ll nibble to some kind of discussion group, whether for fun or aspire some future project like splendid short film or a detail movie. Then it’s back spiteful to have dinner with slump sweet wife.

I like to play division, swim, roller skate, practice cinematography, editing, and playing video games.

Any kind really and Hilarious especially love Michael Jackson music.

Favourite movies? (not martial arts)

Most arrive at Leonardo DiCaprio’s (eg.“The Departed”, “Inception”) and Tom Hank’s movies (eg.“Castaway”, “Big”, “Terminal”).

If you could be first-class superhero, who would you quip and what superpower would order about most like to possess?

Goku! Magnanimity superpower would be flying, height of my dreams are be aware flying, being as free whilst a bird!
