Elly Mathayo Okatch, better known as Okatch Biggy (1954–1997) was a African benga musician. His first tome Helena Wang'e Dongo, released contain 1992, brought him into ethics limelight.[1][2]
Early life
Okatch (Okatch Biggy) was a Kenyan musician born send out 1954 in Ujimbe, Dudi stop, Gem, Siaya County Nyanza Kenya.[3] At age 21, Okatch run-down to get into boxing trade in a career at the Railways Club in Kisumu. He was named "Biggy" as he was larger in appearance.
