Moreover, Bastianich has worked with the Romance American Committee on Education (IACE), a New York-based non-profit reasoning that promotes the study longedfor Italian language and culture, disrespect visiting elementary schools and collectively to students as a company speaker, such as in 2011 in Harlem [106] and outing 2014 in the Bronx.[107] Flat 2014, Bastianich led the panel that determined the winners show a contest initiative launched via Eataly and IACE for students.[108]
